Poliestere ricoperto poliestere
It’s a polyester core spun yarn, continuous filament at high tenacity with controlled elongation and covered with a long polyester fibre. Its main features are: very high tensile strength, excellent sewability on automatic units, it’s universally usable. It’s different from poly-cotton for its higher tenacity and its abrasion resistance and the use of special fibres and sheath covering consent us, mainly with used treatments and washes, to obtain vintage effects better than polycotton. The covering quantity is in rate more than other recovered and it consents to reduce pilling effect during dyeing and washing treatments. In the thin thickness the core has a controlled elongation and it consents to suggest Starpol particularly for light and silk garments avoiding annoying problems due to puckering.
